Our Mission: Inclusion for All

We successfully launched our PowHer Leadership Program and we aim at reaching 1000 young women by 2030 through workshops, events, a newsletter sharing leadership opportunities and podcast features.

Our We Belong Podcast featured more than 40 women from 15 European countries and shared their stories, personal struggles and achievements to inspire the next generations and serve as role models.

We are currently developing a Neurodiversity Program to help organisations, institutions and companies in dismantling barriers to inclusion for people with hidden disabilities and those belonging to minority groups.

Why we need your support

  • Leadership & Neurodiversity Programs: Your donation can fund our Programs that mentor and train the next generation of female leaders and individuals affected by hidden disabilities, fostering a sense of belonging in society.

  • Belonging Trainings: Your contribution can support our training programs for nonprofit entities and schools in implementing inclusive practices, ensuring equal opportunities for their collaborators or employees, with a special focus on gender minorities and people with hidden disabilities.

  • Advocacy and Awareness: Your support aids our advocacy efforts, be it online or offline, through our podcast episodes, digital campaigns, our events and our advisory efforts towards national and European institutions. It will help us consciously raise awareness, share best practices on inclusivity and challenge societal norms, with a special focus on people belonging to minority groups.
