About the program

PowHer is a journey towards transformation, growth, and making a positive impact. Our goal is simple: to equip you with the essential skills and unwavering confidence needed to drive meaningful change in society.

PowHer is an engaging 10-month interactive leadership program, comprising 10 workshops and about 40 hours of individual hybrid coaching sessions. The program aims to provide you with the necessary skills to influence society with confidence and ambition.

  • Unlocking Potential on Every Front

  • A Home of Support & Belonging

  • Workshop topics will be Belonging & Fostering Role Models, Self-Empowerment, Intersectionality, Feminism & Politics, Gender-transformative education, Mental health & Activism, Resilience and Creativity, Media & Global Change, Leadership, Public Speaking & Communication Techniques.

Program details

  • Program Start: Mid- November. Precise dates will be provided upon registration and selection.

  • Over 40 hours of workshops will be conducted by experts from both Luxembourg and abroad, once a month, primarily on weekends at Silversquare Luxembourg.

  • Speakers include: Kristina Lunz, Sandrine Gashonga, Marlee Dos Reis

  • Access to personalized coaching support.

  • Access to additional traineeships and mentorship materials and opportunities.

Selection process

  • To be eligible for the program, you must be registered in Luxembourg and be between the ages of 16 to 18/19 years.

  • The cohort will consist of 20 young women from diverse backgrounds.
